After an email suggesting my order was going to be possibly delayed, i received a personal phonecall from the director explaining the unfortunate error, and they are doing everything they can to fulfill my order in the expected time frame. I was impressed by the personal service, and was equally impressed when my order was in fact arriving roughly on time as promised.
