How do I know if my order will be delivered to my door or a local depot?
Smaller items, such as most planters and garden edging, are typically delivered to your doorstep. Larger items — including privacy screens, fire pits, water features and large sculptures — are delivered to your nearest freight depot. Please note that very large or bulk orders of smaller items may also be sent to a depot, depending on size and weight.

How long will it take to get my order?
Metal Decor panels are made to order. We have a lead time of 2-3 weeks on Corten panels, and 3-5 weeks on Powdercoat panels. Once ready for delivery, orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive.

How do the Corten panels arrive?
When you order a Corten product it will arrive in a raw, unfinished state that appears shiny and silver. Over time the natural rusting process begins. This rust-like patina not only enhances the steel’s durability but also gives it a distinct, weathered appearance that is highly sought after in various industries.
Do the panels come with support posts?
No, Metal Decor supplies the panels only, steel or timber posts can be sourced from your local supplier. We have an installation guide available that includes which posts are recommended.
Can you help me install the panels?
We have a very detailed installation guide available and will be happy to email the guide to you to assist you or your tradesperson to install the screens. For large or commercial order we are open to discuss options, please contact us.
Do you have a showroom?
Metal Decor does not have a showroom. You can view all of our products online through our website, which has detailed descriptions and pictures.
Can I pick my order up?
Unfortunately not. But we do offer free shipping to all customers to your nearest depot. Nearest depot locations can be hound here.
Where are your panels made?
Metal Decor dispatches all of their screens from Melbourne.
Will the rust leach onto surrounding surfaces?
Rain and exposure to the elements may cause the corten finished product to leach rust so be mindful of placing your corten product on any light coloured pavers, tiles or walls. Treating your product with the product Penetrol every 6 months may help minimise leaching.
