• Smaller items delivered directly to your door

We can provide quotes for delivery services from your nearest Depot to Doorstep. To enquire about delivery fees, you may fill in the contact form on our homepage or email us at sales@metaldecor.com.au

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary for different products depending on the size and weight of your order, the number and type of products in the cart, where the products are shipping from, and its destination. Changes made by you to the delivery address or delivery time after placing an order may incur additional charges.

Dispatch Time

Already made products such as fire pits are dispatched within 1-3 business days from the relevant warehouse, unless otherwise stated. However, items made to order such as screens have a longer dispatch time. Corten screens can take up to 2-3 weeks,  and powdercoat panels can take up to  3-5 weeks. Once ready for delivery, orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive.

We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will generally contact you to let you know when your item has been dispatched by us or if we anticipate delays.

Additional Information 

We will not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers because they're too small to accept the products we sell.
